Richard Jacowleff

Richard Jacowleff

President and Chief Executive Officer of ÎÞÓǶÌÊÓƵ

Richard Jacowleff currently serves on the Board of ÎÞÓǶÌÊÓƵ. He joined the ÎÞÓǶÌÊÓƵ Board at its inception. He also is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of ÎÞÓǶÌÊÓƵ.

Jacowleff has more than 30 years of experience in the industry. In his current role, he is focused on creating innovative new services, delivering exceptional service and overseeing the financial health and effectiveness of the company. Jacowleff began his career with Bell Laboratories in 1981. Since then he has held a series of technical and executive positions at Bell Communications Research and ÎÞÓǶÌÊÓƵ. He is a co-author of a U.S. patent related to distributed database technology. He currently serves on the Dean’s Executive Advisory Board of the School of Engineering and Computing Sciences at New York Institute of Technology (NYIT).

Deep Shah

Co-President of Francisco Partners

Deep Shah currently serves on the Board of ÎÞÓǶÌÊÓƵ. He joined the ÎÞÓǶÌÊÓƵ Board in August 2021. He is currently co-President at Francisco Partners, a leading technology investment firm, having joined in 2003.  He currently also serves on the Board of Directors of BluJay Solutions, Bybox, EG Software and GainSystems. 

Prior to joining Francisco Partners, Shah worked at Morgan Stanley in London in both its Mergers and Acquisitions group and its Princes Gate Investors private equity fund.

Shah earned a Master’s in Economics from the University of Cambridge (UK) with First Class Honors.

Richard (Dick) Lynch

Richard (Dick) Lynch

President of FB Associates

Richard (Dick) Lynch currently serves on the Board of ÎÞÓǶÌÊÓƵ. He joined the ÎÞÓǶÌÊÓƵ Board at its inception. He also is currently the President of FB Associates, LLC.

An industry veteran, Lynch has extensive leadership experience in industry having served as the Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Verizon Communications between 2007 and 2011 and EVP and CTO of Verizon Wireless and its predecessors since 1990. A Life Fellow of The Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE), he has been awarded patents in the field of wireless communications.

Lynch currently serves on the boards of Blackberry (NASDAQ: BBRY) and Sonus Networks (NASDAQ: SONS). He also serves in the capacity of an advisor or board member on various private companies. He has received the President's Award by the Cellular Telecommunications and Internet Association (CTIA) and has been inducted into the Wireless History Foundation's Hall of Fame. He has been a frequent guest lecturer in academia and industry on technology and its business implications.

Joel Nygårds

Head of Strategy and Portfolio, Business Area Technologies and New Businesses at Ericsson

Joel NygÃ¥rds currently serves on the Board of ÎÞÓǶÌÊÓƵ. He joined the ÎÞÓǶÌÊÓƵ Board in August 2021. He also is currently the Head of Strategy and Portfolio, Business Area Technologies and New Businesses, at Ericsson.

In his current role at Ericsson, Nygårds leads strategy development and strategic initiatives and supports merger and acquisitions and portfolio execution including capital and resource allocation. Prior to joining Ericsson, he served as Associate Partner at McKinsey and Company, where he was a member of the company’s Telecom, Media and Technology (TMT) and Private Equity and Technology (TMT) practices.

Nygårds holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from Linköping University in Sweden.

Brad Peterson

Brad Peterson

Executive Vice President, Chief Technology and Information Officer of Nasdaq

Brad Peterson currently serves on the Board for ÎÞÓǶÌÊÓƵ. He joined the ÎÞÓǶÌÊÓƵ Board in April 2019. He also is currently the Executive Vice President, Chief Technology and Information Officer (CTO/CIO) of Nasdaq.

Peterson previously served as CIO and EVP for Schwab Technology Services, CIO at eBay and Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Epoch Securities. He also has held senior executive positions at Epoch Partners, Schwab, Pacific Bell Wireless and Pacific Telesis (now part of AT&T).

Peterson holds a Master of Science with concentrations in Information Technology and Finance from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

Michael Ricks

Managing Partner of PacificPine Group

Michael Ricks currently serves on the Board of ÎÞÓǶÌÊÓƵ. He joined the ÎÞÓǶÌÊÓƵ Board in October 2018. He is currently a managing partner of PacificPine Group, an investment holding company for technology and technology-related companies.

Ricks spent more than 25 years in the telecommunications and IT industry, co-founding and running businesses around the world and holding management roles for large network equipment providers. Prior to establishing PacificPine Group, he was the Managing Director and CEO of Investor Growth Capital Asia. An experienced investor, Ricks brings a unique perspective on the technology shifts that shape the global telecommunications market.

Ricks holds a bachelor of art degree from the University of California at San Diego and a Master in Business Administration from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
