Responsibilities:

  • Develop proficient knowledge of Telecom Numbering and Routing
  • Work closely with the TRA Product Management and Engineering teams to align customer feedback with product functionality
  • Develop user-friendly job aids, step-by-step guides, and FAQs based on system requirements and existing user documentation to serve as online help content for a key telecommunications database with nearly 400 active users.
  • Support a potential AI enhancement to bolster online help processes by participating in discussions to determine, design and implement new online help functionality
  • Validate documentation created with a sub-set of customers, refining content based on feedback. 

 

Requirements:

  • Rising Junior or Senior student in Computer Science or Business
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Word
  • US Citizenship required
